Offered by Media Applications Technologies for the BBC, BBC Weather is an app forecasting the weather for the UK and the World, which is available on both iOS and Android systems. BBC Weather will automatically identify your location and offer you the current weather conditions of the current place you are. It also allows you to see the 5-day forecast and some further details about the weather.

BBC Weather lets users get the regular updates on the weather and the other information like, wind speed, UV, moisture and pollen count; therefore you will always know how much clothes you need to wear and whether you need to put on the sun protector or not.

1. You can store the app on the SD card. However, Widgets will be not available if you decide to use this function because it is a feature of the Android system.

2. The BBC and Google is on the way to resolve the issue that BBC Weather is not available for users in Isle of Man and the Channel Islands currently.
