To verify the condition of your device, you’ll be guided to complete a series of interactive tests which will take less than 5 mins:

During the tests, automated tests will run in the background to assess Bluetooth, WIFI, mobile data, jail-broken/rooted, battery

To verify the physical condition of the device, you’ll simply need to answer a few questions from the app.
