•  WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : This permission is required to read saved documents in Android SD card.

• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : This permission is required to edit saved documents in Android SD card or move documents from other storage to SD card.

2) Selective Permission to Access
